The only Yakima Valley Regional Library located in a shopping mall, the Richard E. Ostrander Summitview Library is all about convenience. There is lots of parking right in front of the completely handicapped-accessible building. You can pick up your books, a latte, and a few groceries from the nearby shops, all in one trip. The library is open seven days a week, with a friendly staff to help you find what you need. It is the third largest library in the system, with the second highest circulation.
