At 276 square feet, Nile Library is the smallest library in the Yakima Valley Regional Library system. Located on Chinook Pass, where it is surrounded by the Cascades, the library is certainly in one of the most picturesque settings in the system. The library is housed in the community center built and owned by the Nile Women's Club. On the outside of the building is a mural that children of the community painted after the dramatic flood of 1996.

Although it is the smallest library in the system, Nile has a constantly changing collection of books, CDS, books on tape, and DVDs. You can also have any item in the YVRL collection sent to Nile for pickup. In addition, there are two computers for public use.
