Ed Stover, then reporter for the Wapato Independent, posed an interesting riddle in 1998: What is 12 feet wide, 33 feet long, and contains the wisdom of the ages? The answer is the tiny Harrah Library. Tucked between City Hall and the city park. It has an ever-changing collection of books, magazines, CDs, videos, and DVDs for all ages. In addition, through the holds program, you can ask for any item in the system to be sent to you at the Harrah Library.
